The €500 deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable — if your plans change, you can move your deposit to a different start date at no extra cost, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and Wise. For US students, Wise is usually the cheapest option for international payments. We do not currently accept PayPal.
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your start date, you will forfeit your deposit but receive a full refund of any balance paid. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your start date, the full program fee is non-refundable. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation.

The program fee covers everything listed — accommodation, training, Spanish classes, activities and airport pickup. You'll need to budget separately for flights, daily meals, personal spending, travel insurance, and any optional excursions beyond the included day-trips. Barcelona is a reasonably affordable city — most students budget around €400–600 per month for food and personal expenses.
